If Frontier had really wanted to make a splash in the SF-LA market they should have emulated the past success of PSA. While Frontier offered low walk up fares, it did not offer the every hour on the hour service that made PSA famous. Another problem was that Frontier did not do enough marketing. When I hear the name Frontier, I think of Denver.
