The US airline to watch – US Airways

But its Airbus' biggest customer and that alone should ensure it deserves more industry respect. US Airways just announced its November 2012 numbers. RPMs for November 2012 were 4.8bn, +4% vs November 2011. ASMS were 5.7bn, +2.5% versus November 2011. Load factor was a record 85.1 % for November 2012, +1.3 points versus November2011.
One group that has not missed the US Airways performance are the pilots at American – which stated they remain focused on merging the airlines. Guess who they want running the combined airline?
So that would make it US East, West, and Center… and I wonder for how long?
