In fact a ready-to-fly aircraft with standard sensor payload and complete ground station is available starting at US$52,000. (Any terrorist can afford it) Take a look at their movies.
This another example of how technology changes paradigms. Certainly MLB must watch carefully who it sells to and trains. In the wrong hands this device could cause all kinds of trouble.
